1. Are all your perfumes original and authentic?

Yes. At Esscentz Perfumery, we only sell 100% original and authentic fragrances—no fakes, no “copy ori”, no rejects. We source directly from authorized distributors and trusted global suppliers.

2. What types of perfume products do you offer?

We offer:

  • Full-size retail bottles

  • Official testers

  • Branded miniatures

  • High-quality decants in multiple volumes
    All items are clearly labeled in the product description for transparency.

3. What is a tester perfume?

A tester is an authentic, brand-new fragrance usually without the retail box. Some come with plain packaging and might be missing a cap. Testers contain 100% the same scent and volume as regular retail versions.

4. How do I know if a perfume suits me before buying?

You may try our decant options, which allow you to test smaller quantities of premium scents before committing to a full-size bottle.

5. How long does shipping take?

We ship exclusively within Malaysia via POSLAJU and DHL. Delivery typically takes:

  • 3–7 working days, depending on your location
    Tracking info is provided after order processing.

6. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping when you purchase 2 or more items. Additional free shipping promos may apply during special campaigns or events

7. Can I return or exchange my order?

Returns are only accepted for items proven to be fake with valid batch comparison proof. Items that are used, decanted, or improperly stored are non-returnable. We do not offer exchanges.

8. What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept FPX and Atome. All transactions are processed securely and your payment details are protected.

9. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No. We do not offer COD at this time. All orders must be paid in full via our secure online payment methods before processing.

10. Are your decants authentic?

Absolutely. All decants are made from genuine full-sized bottles using sterile tools and premium-grade glass atomizers. Each decant is labeled, quality-checked, and professionally packaged.
